Tranfiere 2024, 13th European Meeting on Science, Tecnology and Innovation

Our project is going to be present in Transfiere, the largest European event on R&D&I and knowledge transfer which takes place in FYCMA (Málaga, Spain), thanks to our partner FUMI-HOGAR.

Next Friday, 22nd March from 11h05 to 11h50 (Brussels time), Carlos Ramos Hernández, operation manager in FUMI-HOGAR, will participate in the round table «The CDTI and Technology Transfer: Cervera Programme» organised by the CDTI in the Innovation Room at Transfiere

The CERVERA programme financed the project «Development of natural fumigants for the control of whitefly and botrytis in horticultural greenhouse crops FUMIGREEN. The project aimed to improve productivity, food security and environmental safety of greenhouse crops by minimising the environmental risks associated with the use of pesticides in agricultural areas.
This project carried out in collaboration with Centro Tecnológico Tecnova laid the foundations for the LIFE NextFumigreen project.

Carlos Ramos Hernández will explain the LIFE NextFumigreen project, within the framework of the LIFE Programme, which aims to test the effectiveness of a new type of fumigant plant protection product based on natural active ingredients for the protection of the most representative crops in greenhouses.

Moderated by Pilar Gonzalez Gotor, Head of the Institutional Promotion and Territorial Cooperation Department at CDTI, the round table will include contributions from Alba Caparrós Pérez, Business Development Manager at Leitat Technological Center, Ana Paul, director of technological innovation at CTAG – Centro Tecnológico de Automoción de Galicia and Javier Flores Campos, R&D Manager at INESPASA.
